    From our advanced body composition scales, science driven methods, and our cutting-edge fitness app, we leverage the latest technology and findings in evidence based research to provide our clients with optimal training and nutrition methods.

All clients receive access to our training app.

  • You’ll receive personally tailored workouts every 4 weeks that are unique to your goals, fitness levels, and training environment uploaded straight your phone.

  • All exercises come with video descriptions of how to optimally execute each exercise so you get the most out of your workout.

  • If you need to contact your trainer with any questions you can contact them via the app and get a speedy response.

  • Every workout gets recorded so you and your trainer can see your progress. The app will record, number of workout, reps, sets, weights, steps, miles and more. Great for acountability.
