Hi guys and thanks for taking the time to read this. Let me tell you a bit about my main passion. You guessed it..exercise! What I love most about exercise is how it can make people feel better about themselves and improves every aspect of their life. Nothing makes me feel better than when I see the lift my clients get when they achieve their goals. My goal as a personal trainer is to use my expertise to help my clients to reach their goals and change their life for the better.

I specialise in working with female client. I really enjoy using a blend of Pilates, calisthenics and resistance training to help my female clients achieve strong, fit, healthy bodies.
