 "Started training with Martin as I wanted to put on a lot of muscle. After 4 weeks I had put on 1 stone of pure muscle and reduced my body fat by 5%. Had to ask Martin to change my programme because my girlfriend said I was getting too much muscle! The programme he got me doing was so hard! I had never done anything like it. But suddenly it clicked and i felt so strong and the muscle started to develop faster than i had dreamed. "I began training with Martin in early October 2009 after years of working out at the gym with little to no tangible results.

My goal when training with Martin was to reduce body fat to allow me to have a more defined physique.
